For the past eight years I've been working at Teachercentric as the marketing director for both the UK and US business units, promoting software and service solutions in the education sector. Each has had its challenges, in the UK, maintaining and growing the large market share for the products Show My Homework and Satchel One. Launching a new company, brand and product to the US education sector with Satchel Pulse.
In both of these roles I led multi discipline teams to execute campaigns, meet lead generation targets, and ensure a positive return on marketing investment. I've also been responsible for driving the automation and enhancement of marketing processes, including the implementation of automation tools to drive efficiencies across the marketing function.
Prior to this, I was the Senior Director of Online Marketing and Interim CMO at Workshare, a provider of legal document management software. I was responsible for defining and driving the digital marketing and eCommerce strategy. I led a team to deliver digital campaigns to a global audience, positioning Workshare as a credible cloud provider within the legal sector through effective rebranding efforts.
